6.2L Distributor Drive

Are you having trouble finding a vacuum pump for your old GM 6.2L with the distributor drive pump? We have the answer! 99% of the time the only the wrong with the vacuum pump is the upper POD portion that contains the vacuum diaphragm. The diaphragm gets old and tears after millions of cycles and no longer produces vacuum. The drive mechanism almost never has an issue. In a matter of a few minutes you can replace the POD by removing and replacing a few bolts and your old 6.2L should be good to go for many years!

Please note that these are NOT New Old Stock Pumps (NOS). The diaphragms on NOS parts are almost certainly hard and brittle and ready to break shortly after installation. These 6.2 diesel vacuum pump PODS are fresh production.
