2017+ Fuel Return Line Repair Connector

Were you changing your secondary (engine compartment mounted) fuel filter when you accidentally made just the wrong move and snapped the fragile return fuel line from the injectors (HC3Z-9A564-A) where it connects to the quick connect at the fuel filter? There is good news! You no longer have to replace the entire engine fuel return harness which is expensive not to mention being a major pain to install.

We brought the original plastic fuel return line repair connector to market and now we've taken it a step further by offering a heavy duty aluminum replacement to eliminate the broken connector issue for good!

All you need to do is cut the fuel return hose just behind where the broken fitting ends, and push the hose onto the barbed fitting on the new connector. Hook up the quick disconnect, close the wire clip, snap the secondary hairpin safety clip in next to the primary clip as shown, and tighten the included hose clamp, give it a tug to make sure everything is secure and you are ready to go in less than one minute flat!
