Return Filter Upgrade Kit

If you have previously installed the original Gen1 S&S 6.7L Powerstroke Disaster Prevention Kit on your truck and would like to add the return filter feature of the new Gen 2.1 kit, this upgrade kit is for you. This kit includes a billet filter head and spin on filter assembly which mounts to the firewall with included vibration isolating hardware. All fittings are factory style quick-disconnect. No cutting or splicing of lines is required. The major benefit of having a return filter installed is that it eliminates the necessity of having to remove and clean out the fuel tank following a CP4 failure. The return filter can also be opened and inspected for metallic debris in the case that a CP4 failure in process is suspected.
