Mechanical Injector Testing

The price of this diesel injector testing service includes testing for up to 8 diesel injectors. We will test your 8 mechanical diesel injectors and provide you with an honest assessment of their condition. Tests will include pop pressure, leakage, chatter, etc. Also inlcuded in the price is return shipment via Priority mail with $100 of insurance. You may add additional insurance if desired.

Injectors we will test include GM 4.3L, 5.7L, 6.2L, and 6.5L. Ford 6.9L and 7.3L IDI, Dodge 5.9L 12V and 24V up to model year 2002. VW 1.5L, 1.6L and 1.9L TDI. Numerous farm tractor, and industrial injectors. This service does NOT cover testing any HEUI injectors (Ford Power-stroke, etc), common rail injectors, unit injectors of any kind, or VW PD injectors.
