Warranty Information

All of our products are covered by a minimum 6 month warranty period. 6.5L injection pumps and HD PMD’s have a 12 month / 50,000 mile warranty. Some products are warranted through their manufacturer. Not covered in the case of an injection pump warranty is damage due to water, gasoline, or other contaminants in the fuel which may cause hydraulic head seizure. Operating any injection pump on any fuel other than commercially available petroleum diesel including biodiesel and any homemade blends many result in jeopardizing the warranty if the damage is determined to have been caused by said alternate fuel. Please discuss this with us on an individual basis if you are thinking about an alternate fuel. All customers are highly advised to use Stanadyne performance formula diesel fuel additive!

HD PMD’s must be properly mounted and cooled to maintain their warranty. In the event that a question arises, because of a custom “customer built” mounting, verifiable pictures of said mounting may be required. We will be fair, but reasonable precautions must be observed!

We cannot be held responsible for loss of use, or any incidental or consequential damage to an engine or otherwise caused or purported to be caused by any product. All warranties cover parts only. Labor to replace a component is not covered. Also not covered is any damage caused through improper operation or installation.

Returns and Refunds

Before returning any component, please call or e-mail. All returns not due to an error on our part will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Electronic parts will be refunded by replacement only. Only parts that were not installed and are in original undamaged packaging are eligible for return unless other arrangements are made. We desire happy repeat customers and will provide prompt personal attention to resolve any rare difficulty that might occur.

Delivery Policy

We do our best to keep items in stock, and to ship within 24 hours, excluding weekends, holidays, and other extenuating circumstances. In the event that a shipping delay is expected longer than what is normally considered commercially acceptable, we may attempt to notify you and provide the option to cancel the order if desired. If an item is of extremely urgent nature, it is always a best practice to communicate with any merchant the availability of the item and shipping time before placing the order, and also to communicate this within the order itself. Once an item is shipped, delivery time is out of our control.

Privacy Policy

We respect your right to privacy, and would not want anyone to sell or share our personal information with anyone, and therefore we will not sell or share your personal information without your express permission, outside of what is required in the normal processing of transactions.

Security Policy

We employ the use of secure servers (SSL), encryption technology, and other industry standard security procedures to transmit and store your information. After processing, your credit card data is deleted from our system to prevent any unnecessary security risks.
