FAQ's:

What does "7 x .009 mean?

Each Dodge Cummins 100HP injector tip has 7 holes through which fuel is injected. Each hole is 9 thousands (.009) inches in diameter.

What horsepower gains can I expect?

Depending on what other modifications your truck is equipped with, overall state of tune, engine health, injection timing setting, etc gains of 100 HP at the flywheel are realistic.

What about fuel mileage?

We make NO claims regarding fuel economy, but anecdotally, with proper tuning and advance settings, we have had reliable customers report a 1 to 2 MPG increase. Of course if you intend to use every bit of your new-found horsepower at every stoplight your mileage will tank!

What else can you tell me?

Every 24-valve 5.9 Cummins injector includes a new O-ring and chamber gasket. All of our injectors are balanced and pop tested. As with any performance part you are responsible for determining the legality of what you are doing in your jurisdiction. Performance parts are for truck pulling / off road use only.
