Two very important items to note when you install your new injectors: First, be sure that the copper washer at the tip of each injector is removed when removing the old injector - failure to do this will result in two washers being installed which will cause the injector to be out of position. Also, it is VERY important that the injector hold down bolt be torqued to 120 in-lbs. While the valve covers are off, be sure to inspect the valve cover gaskets, glow plugs, and internal harnesses. All are available here.
PLEASE NOTE: There is an additional $50 core charge added per injector. This core charge will be fully refunded when you ship your old injectors back provided they have not experienced major external damage such as fire, being dropped on the concrete, or being stored outside. Injectors must also be exchanged like for like - i.e. AA cores must be returned for AA injectors. Please be sure you are ordering the right injector! Cores must be returned within 60 days for a full refund.
