We stock parts for most injector types. In a few cases, we may be forced to order parts. This will be done as rapidly as possible. For more obscure applications, parts may not be available except through the dealer. In these cases, you will be responsible for obtaining parts, if necessary.

In order for us to correctly match your application, YOU MUST INCLUDE all injector o-rings, pintle caps, etc. that were on the injectors when they were removed from the engine. Please DO NOT send the fuel rail, and be sure to drain all the fuel from the injectors before shipment and package in zip lock bags or equivalent to prevent fuel leakage / smell.

Injectors that have broken or melted connectors, damaged pintles, or excessive amounts of rust inside the injector are not repairable.

Note to Hose feed injector owners only: Servicing these injectors will require that hoses be removed to replace the filters. You will be responsible for replacing hoses with high pressure fuel hose and fuel injection clamps available at any auto parts store. If you prefer not to have the hoses removed for filter replacement, just let us know.

Although we have serviced many hundreds of injector sets and have never had a set lost in return shipment, you are advised to add sufficient insurance to cover replacement cost in the unlikely event that your injectors might be lost. We cannot be responsible for losses by carriers.
